When I set up Collingwood Learning, I wanted us to be able to deliver a message, brilliantly. I also wanted us to enable professionals and young people alike to deliver change.
High quality performance audit can be a powerful tool, but not a decisive one. Inspection without wisdom can only reveal symptoms, but not solutions. As you will know, it is about working effectively in the human space between team members – an understanding that needs gifted people to guide and lead and deliver messages. That is what we do. We guide.
We do this for a brilliant group of clients. Collingwood Learning’s products have to be superb for us to be satisfied. We work closely with our clients, and devise unique scripts, programmes, courses, performances, feedback systems, and, yes, we will make sure you exceed the expectations of inspectors and your team.
For us, tick-boxes are for the shredder. We are about creating and coaching learning and business professionals, as well as empowering young people to achieve their potential. Collingwood Learning is about that; knowledge, human space, imagination, certainty, genius. A walk on Collingwood beach, New Zealand, in 2003 supplied an iconic image that embraced these qualities. We live up to this, every day.
