Healthy Relationships Project

We have just scripted our new Healthy Relationships Project that we are delivering in Lincolnshire with the Teenage Pregnancy Team. Jim, our scriptwriter has done a great job with the first version of A Curious Journey, a take on Alice in Wonderland. We are touring this magical show for Year 6 students across Lincolnshire schools this summer between the 2nd June and 4th July.

South Yorkshire Homelessness Project

We are delighted to be working with Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, and Barnsley Councils to deliver a Homelessness Education Programme across South Yorkshire, for Year 10 and 11 students, this Autumn. The project will focus very clearly on young people’s transition to adult life, exploring the triggers for homelessness, its impact, and the realities of independent living.

Barnsley Hospital Video Shoot

Huge thanks to all the staff at Barnsley Hospital we filmed with last week. We have been working with Pixelwave Creative to develop a Patient Care video for Barnsley, and spent two days on location at the hospital.

Collingwood Learning joins the Sex Education Forum

Collingwood Learning are proud to announce that we have become core members of the Sex Education Forum. This will mean that we can be as up to date as possible with all the latest developments in Sex and Relationship Education and related policies. We also hope to connect and network with as many others working in the SRE field as possible, in order to share best practise, ideas and support the overall SRE agenda. The opportunity will also allow Collingwood to explore new and challenging ideas about SRE as well as having a voice in National debates and policy.
